Vinegar Coleslaw

Total Time: 1 hour
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 8-12 (depending on one’s love of coleslaw😜)


4-5 Cups finely chopped or shredded cabbage – red or green
1 Cup white vinegar
1 Cup sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
* 1 Cup of Duke’s mayo (optional)
* Poppy seeds (optional)


1. Place shredded cabbage in a bowl.
2. Mix in the vinegar and sugar.
3.Cover and place in refrigerator a few hours or overnight.

Kickin’ Honey Mustard

This dipping sauce is a favorite for chicken snacks, veggies, salads, you name it. It has a bit of a kick to it…mostly because I wing it when I make it myself and tend to add a bit more cayenne. Play with the recipe and adjust it to your liking.

1-2 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
