6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 medium chopped onions
1 can of sliced or whole black olives (whatever your preference)
1 24oz can of Hunts Traditional Pasta Sauce
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
*1 tablespoon olive oil (for stove top version)

- Place chicken in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until a thermometer reads 170°. Yield: 6 servings.
Stove Top Directions
**If you are pressed for time, cut chicken into bite size pieces**
- Cook chicken and onions in a skillet with some olive oil.
- Once lightly browned, add in balsamic vinegar, salt, and lemon juice and continue cooking for another minute.
- Pour in the entire can of pasta sauce and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
