This recipe never fails to bring a smile to my bear’s lovely face 🙂 The recipe below is for a double batch – so feel free to half it or hell, double it for that matter!
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
2 cans (12.5 oz each) canned chicken
5-6 stalks of celery (chopped or minced)
1/2-3/4 c of mayo (we like Duke’s – It’s a Southern thing)
1 tbsp of celery salt
1 tsp white sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Open and drain the canned chicken and pour into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
2. Take a fork and proceed to break up the chunks of chicken. The chicken will begin to have a shredded appearance.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients and enjoy as is or as a sandwich – yum!
